Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new leads through outreach, networking, and referrals

• Qualify and assess potential clients to identify insurance needs

• Present the agency’s product offerings and value proposition effectively

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in CRM systems

Requirements

• 1–2 years experience in sales, business development, or customer service preferred

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
