Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and experienced National Account Manager to oversee and grow our largest client accounts nationwide. This leadership role involves managing key relationships, driving business growth, and collaborating across teams to deliver exceptional service. This is a 100% commission-based position, offering significant earning potential for a results-oriented professional.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with national clients and partners
Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet growth and retention goals
Coordinate with sales, service, and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling insurance solutions
Monitor account performance and provide regular reporting to leadership
Negotiate contracts and renewals with key stakeholders
Mentor and support junior account managers as needed

Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in account management, sales, or business development
Proven success managing large or national accounts
Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Proficiency with CRM and sales analytics tools
Life & Health insurance license or willingness to obtain within 30 days
