This role involves managing key client relationships and mentoring junior team members, with the freedom to work remotely and earn on a 100% commission basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts targeting new and existing clients to meet revenue goals

• Develop strategic sales plans and execute them effectively

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently

• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools

• Life & Health insurance license or willingness to obtain within 30 days
