We are seeking a dedicated and strategic Customer Retention Sales Manager to lead our client retention efforts. You will manage a remote team focused on maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients to reduce policy cancellations and increase satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a remote team dedicated to customer retention and satisfaction

• Conduct policy reviews and value-based conversations with clients

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, customer service, or account management

• Previous leadership or management experience preferred

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Comfortable managing remote workflows and using CRM platforms

• Life & Health insurance license or willingness to obtain within 30 days
