Key Responsibilities
Build and manage long-term relationships with high-value clients across the U.S.
Oversee onboarding, support, and retention strategies for key accounts
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences
Identify upsell opportunities and develop tailored insurance solutions
Track metrics, report on account health, and drive growth initiatives
Mentor junior team members and contribute to overall sales strategy

Qualifications
3+ years in account management, B2B sales, or client relationship management
Proven success in managing and growing high-value accounts
Excellent communication, organization, and consultative selling skills
Comfortable working with CRM tools and remote systems
Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
Insurance or financial services experience preferred
