Client Success Trainee (Remote – 1099, Unlimited Earnings)

About the Role

We are seeking motivated and people-focused individuals to join our team as Client Success Trainees. This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity with 100% commission-based pay and uncapped income potential. You will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and the tools you need to build a long-term career in client support and relationship management—all while working from home on a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn how to onboard new clients and ensure a positive experience from day one

• Provide excellent support and help clients with product or service questions

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings

• Identify client needs and coordinate internally to deliver the right solutions

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions using company systems

• Participate in ongoing training and development with the client success team

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional, friendly, and eager to provide excellent service

• Organized with strong time management and follow-through skills

• Comfortable using technology for remote communication

• Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn

• Customer service or office experience is helpful but not required
