Business Development Representative
About the Role
We are seeking motivated and entrepreneurial individuals to join our team as Business Development Representatives. This is a remote, 1099 independent contractor role with performance-based pay and unlimited earning potential. You will work with warm, pre-qualified leads, help clients find solutions that fit their needs, and develop long-term business relationships. No prior sales or insurance experience is required—we provide full training and mentorship.
What You’ll Do
Engage with prospective clients who have expressed interest in our services
Conduct virtual or phone consultations to assess needs and goals
Present customized product solutions and explain benefits
Guide clients through the application and onboarding process
Track and manage all client interactions in our CRM
Participate in ongoing training to sharpen your skills
